Our email form sends your contact details, optional answers, and message through FormSubmit to the HeadCount inbox. Telegram conversations are handled through Telegram and our HeadCount sales bot. Our sales team can see those conversations and record sales progress.
Website measurement.
We count page visits and contact clicks using a random identifier stored for your browser tab’s session. Traffic records contain the page, contact channel, and campaign source, without your name, email, phone number, message, or IP address.
We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for anonymous website measurement. Campaign and inquiry records help us connect inquiries to qualified leads, demos, and paying agents. Sales progress is recorded by our team.
Anonymous traffic records are retained for 90 days. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Our hosting provider and the services used for contact may keep their own operational logs.
