Start with the weekly bill.
A starting rate gives you a useful first number. Your actual bill depends on the players billed that week and the products you choose. Compare quotes for the same configuration, rather than choosing on the headline alone.
HeadCount starts at $7 per active player per week. Live betting and casino are add-ons. Ask our team for the price of the setup your book needs.
- Confirm what counts as an active player.
- List the products you want your players to use.
- Ask whether the quoted rate depends on player volume.
- Confirm any setup, customization or other charges before agreeing.
Compare like for like.
A quote for pregame sports is different from a quote that includes live betting and casino. Write down the base price and the cost of each selected add-on. Then multiply the complete per-player rate by your expected active players.
For example, a hypothetical $10 weekly rate for 50 active players is $500 that week. This is an illustration, not a HeadCount package quote. Use your actual quoted rate and active-player count.
Discuss your setup ↗Leave room for quieter weeks.
A registered account is not necessarily an active player. Ask how billing works in a week with fewer active players, and how to check the billed count. Make sure you understand the billing definition before comparing projected costs.
Use a lower, typical and higher player count when comparing quotes. That makes it easier to see how the cost changes as your book changes.
Ask for a quote you can use.
Tell HeadCount whether you are starting or switching, your approximate active-player count, and the products you need. Our team can discuss the package and arrange a demo.
Keep the quote alongside your feature checklist. The goal is to choose a setup that fits your operation, with a price you understand.
